I focus on each child’s working method, I focus on what works for each child and will take the time to come up with the best methods for that child. For example, some children are more visual learners so I will make sure we do a lot of visual learning within the lesson which will consist of creating pictures and fun ways of visual aids for the lesson.

I have worked in many nurseries and primary schools, when I left school, my dream job was working with children and always found the job very rewarding, especially when you see the improvements within the child. I have also been a 1-1 SEN tutor which was a great experience because we made a-lot of positive changes which many congratulated me for.
