My name is Leonor! I play 5 instruments: trumpet, drums, piano, guitar and bass! Started in a philarmonic band at the age of 7 and initiated my professional course in the conservatoire. I completed 8 years, worked a year in a public school in Portugal and now I'm finishing my thesis at Goldsmith's University. Between those moments I've been blessed with opportunities all over the United Kingdom. Had professional concerts in Cambridge, Manchester and now in London (New Cross, Camden, Lewisham are just a few!)

My lessons are based on how much knowledge the student has, depending on it, then I will know the exact concepts to teach. Dynamics, note values, interpretation, phrasing, rhythm, time signatures and intervals are the first things I teach. If the student has an intermediate knowledge, I'll then teach them technique, groove, melodic and rhythmic analysis, breathing, fingering, accentuations, legatos, staccatos and several tempos! I also like to give some reference tunes so they can expand their musicality.

Classes usually start online so I can get to know the student/parent properly and it can be done only online depending on the preference. But I also can commute to any place for a more consistent teaching (with the parents authorization first of course!)

Respect and persistency are my two main values for a proper learning experience, I always try pass to my younglings those values.
