Our lessons will begin by assessing your current skills and competencies in English. We will do this through an assessment structured to target each area of the English language; beginning from the very basics and moving onto the more advanced aspects.

We will then use this to identify areas of weakness, and begin to strengthen those areas through a series of varied and engaging tasks. The aim is to keep your brain activated as you move through each task. Tasks will consist of quizzes, match-ups, questionnaires and creative writing tasks. This variation will keep you interested and excited to learn more.

I always aim to give my students freedom and flexibility in the tasks they do. So if, for example, you would prefer more creative writing tasks than quizzes, I would be more than happy to facilitate this in order to better your learning experience.

My teaching of the English language aims to teach both standard and relevant skills. For example, you will learn standard English, such as "I would" but also abbreviations, such as "I'd" which are often used more commonly in day-to-day conversations.

My lessons are offered remotely. This enables you to learn from the comfort of your own home, without the stress of making travel arrangements. I will make all resources you need, tailored to your own personal needs. Each lesson will offer you something different and exciting to learn, and I can assure you no lesson will feel unproductive. I can provide lessons multiple times a week, weekly or once a fortnight - whichever works best for you.
