I am a third year Politics and International Relations student at the University of Winchester, with specific interests in: American Politics, Human Rights and British Politics. I studied History, Sociology and Politics at A-Level. Although my profile states I would prefer to teach at GCSE and primary level, I am more than happy to tutor in these 3 areas as well! As a university student, I am more freely able to design personalised lesson and tutoring plans, using different platforms for learning and also to provide different resources. I am a very laid back and talkative person and therefore I feel as though I will also be able to bring a fun side into the learning that takes place as I understand more than anyone how boring learning can sometimes be! Although I have never tutored professionally before, I have conducted revision sessions at both GCSE and A-level, and I have an innate passion for teaching, with hopes of completing a PGCE Teaching qualification after i have completed my undergraduate degree. I am able to be flexible with the hours you need me as I am only in University 6 hours a week, this gives me the perfect amount of time to design learning plans directly supportive of your child/your own needs and requirements. I understand how important it is to find the right tutor, and therefore I am happy to speak in advance to ensure we are the right match for each other! I look forward to hearing from you!
