My lessons are up to an hours length. We will start with a few questions about you so I can learn best how to teach you personally. I offer lessons of English literature. I will read alongside you and discuss with you the themes and topics. I’m will go through some of your work with you to help you improve on it.
For my beginner’s music lessons, we will start with talking about how much you already know and go from there. I will teach you all of the basics so that you can move on to more advanced things. I will teach you how to read music and time signatures and key signatures. My experience in music is that I am currently doing my music degree and I have a grade 8 in singing and grade 5 music theory.
My lessons cost £25 an hour, but this rate can be flexible if needed. I do lessons online/remotely and will sometimes use PowerPoints and clips to help demonstrate my lesson points.
The structure of my lessons is that I will start by a few warmup questions and then a small section of learning with a few questions at the end of each learning sections. At the end of each lesson I will give some summary points and a couple of questions to do until the next lesson. The homework will never be too strenuous and will consist of only two or three questions to help you keep what you learned
