My 23 years if experience in the education industry both as a senior teacher administrator and a trainer made me to explore, to learn more and be creative, though I am a musti tasker and having an excellent organisational skills alongwith the team building where these skills contribute a lot into my teaching and students remain excited enough to grasp more everytime and as a result the percentage of imbibition of concepts increases to a greater extent
My teaching methodology involves everything from diagrams to flow charts to general examples to use of web etc
Therefore, I can prove myself to be a good tutor cum trainer to those who need my services . The effective tool for better learning is the right kind of pedagogical approach to let students be inquisitive, exploring and more confident and similarly they need the right guidance , true mentorship in the form of genuine facilitator to let them open up their arena of learning and grabing the best where every information is to be converted into wisdom and knowledge making them happy individuals and law abiding citizens. It's my experience only which produced doctors, researchers, agriultirists and environmentalists along with best of teachers and shining stars in the corporate world. The basic ingredient in my teaching is motivation and inclusivity to let every child understand his or her forte to excel without leaving them behind and not creating any rat race but equanimity for the growth in real sense on the global map
