I try to keep lessons interesting and engaging. Music is all about being involved in what you are learning about. Whether that is practicing scales for an exam, writing a piece of music or a song, analyzing a score or simply listening to music.
My lessons are all about 'doing'. In my experience, you get more out of music and enjoy the subject more, if you are involved and and actually doing the thing you are learning about.
