I have both taught and tutored a variety of students all with different abilities. I would change my lesson plans based on the specific person but will always ensure that clear tasks are set out and that communication and involvement is of upmost importance. I will try different methods but will ensure that all lessons are interactive and ensure involvement. I will look to target key areas of difficulty and if previous methods are not helping the person understand I will try alternative methods to ensure the student gets the most help out of the tutoring sessions as possible. I have always found when tutoring that students respond positively and I have tutored both online and in person alongside acting as a teaching assistant in classrooms for over a year and helping specific students that have required the extra support. I am eager to help people to become the greatest they can be without as much stress and show them how great they are
