I am a qualified primary school teacher. For the past two years, I have taught in years 4,5 and 6. Prior to that, I have also worked with Key Stage 1 children.

I think it is so important to cater learning to children’s individual learning styles. It is important that I get to know the children well in order to find out how they learn best.

During lessons, I will give an input of new learning. We will then practise this together in a way that best suits your child. This could be by giving visual examples or a more hands on practical approach. Your child will then have opportunities to practise this new piece of learning in a range of different scenarios and situations to help them secure their learning.
