I have extensive knowledge in teaching children how to read and write. I have taught Phonics and Reading using an array of schemes, such as Read Write Inc. and Letters and Sounds. I will be able to give your child the tools needed to become a confident reader/writer, or if teaching Maths a fantastic Mathematician! Ultimately they will understand a new concept or build upon their existing knowledge with the use of visuals and interactive activities.

Having taught in both inner city London and Nottingham primary schools, I have an array or skills, knowledge and can work with all learners despite ethnicity, background or educational need. Inclusivity and supporting a learner 'where they are at' is essential for growth and building alive of learning.

I have taught children with ASD, ADHD, PLMD and MLD so have extensive experience of personalised learning and giving tools and a step by step approach to learning and achievement.
