I will aim to make my lessons engaging to students by providing lots of practice questions and problems, varying in difficulty. Of course I will not be expecting any students to immediately pick up any new content, and I explain each topic focusing not only on the methods used to solve them, but also the reasoning behind this, as I believe that having a thorough understanding of a topic greatly i...
I will aim to make my lessons engaging to students by providing lots of practice questions and problems, varying in difficulty. Of course I will not be expecting any students to immediately pick up any new content, and I explain each topic focusing not only on the methods used to solve them, but also the reasoning behind this, as I believe that having a thorough understanding of a topic greatly increases the speed and depth to which students learn mathematics. I am very willing to have conversations with students on why the mathmatical problems are solved the way they are, if they are unsure of any methods being used. I believe that my passion for the subject will come through in the lesson, and that I will help students under my tuition to appreciate mathematics as a subject even more.
