I have recently been through the system of taking GCSE and A-levels exams and I want to help students learn how to answer exam questions properly and understand the content better to help them pass there exams to a level they feel happy with. I achieved all 9’s in my GCSE’s as well as an 8 in further maths and A*A*A in my A-levels, Biology, Chemistry and Maths respectively, I also studied AS physics, so I feel I am equipped to do so :) Despite having not officially tutored before, I do tend to help my younger sister with her work and she is currently doing her A levels. In her case I tend to help her work through how to answer exam questions effectively, as well when it comes to AQA Biology. The A-level style of answering these questions are quite particular, especially when it comes to the applied questions and I find that is what people tend to find the most difficult. I would be happy to tailor my teaching methods to the student so I would be open to discussing what you think could work best for you - wether it could be working through hard questions you have been given in school or finding/coming up with more questions to answer. I am about to go into my second year of university studying Biology. Of all the sciences, biology is the subject I enjoy most and I would love to share my interest with other students.
