Communicative methodology - so getting students communicating as much as possible. Lessons will be centered around students' needs and wishes. My style of teaching is very interactive and dynamic, so you will not be bored or have time to find lessons slow. The pace is important, and you will be given homework and assessments continuously. This is to support your autonomy, in other words, your confidence and abilities in English outside of lessons with me. By using authentic materials, i.e. REAL media texts, webpages, videos, etc; and motivating subjects to study, your English will surely progress. You will become more competent and confident with this student-centered pedagogical approach. Any questions - feel free to ask!

I have years worth of experience teaching various ages and in various countries in different countries, this shows my flexibility and approachability. I enjoy teaching so much and guiding other people to reach their goals. I have experience working for the British Council and International schools in in Serbia, Vietnam, Australia, Sri Lanka; as well as teaching in Cardiff University and the University of Malta. My qualifications include an official UK teaching qualification (PGCE) and a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics.

I have a wealth of online materials for self practice and lessons, and can guide you to find what works best for you. I firmly believe homework will speed your progress and encourage you to complete homework regularly (if this suits your lifestyle).
