Laura Brazil

I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 5 years' experience teaching students of all age groups. I specialise in teaching English as an additional language, and I have four years' experience working in Italy teaching students English. I understand the difficulty and the confidence needed to speak another language therefore I create a learning environment whereby I encourage mistakes and I constantly praise my students.

I am highly adaptable; I create lessons to tailor each students need. After our first meeting I will be able to identify the areas, the student needs to focus on.

I create goals and targets for my students which I share with the student, this motivates the student to learn and understand the reasoning behind their learning.

I create lessons that are fun and engaging for students, using various props, quizzes and games. My lessons are based on real life contexts. I am an energetic person and I believe my energy continues to keep students engaged and eager to learn.
