well as I mentioned before i like to keep things simple, I will follow a basic text book style approach when i teach. I will be giving lectures that students can choose to take notes of or just listen and follow along as i go through the course. the students will be allowed the opportunity to ask questions anytime during the lecture and students are given the opportunity to determine how much they really know about a subject by teaching it to me, actively discussing certain aspects and being able to teach others will help you become a better student. The student can teach me, instead of me teaching the student. students can discuss what they already know and i will fill in the areas where they have trouble understanding or confusing.

I like to have fun, I'm not a total jerk, respect me and ill respect you, i dont like to waste my time, i find it insulting when students don't actively participate, i need students who are interested in teaching and incorporate active listening skills and can communicate effectively with me. students are encouraged to demonstrate their determination to learn more about the subjects they are having trouble with. don't wait for me to teach you something you already know tell me what you want to know and ill try my best to explain it for you to fully grasp the fundamentals of why it is and how it relates to the subjects you are needing help with
