I've tutored more than 30 students individually and my prior focus is whether the student learns it to the extent it has to be taught. I feel that enjoying the subject or the content we study is the prominent driving force for the learner. A student is to be educated rather than literate because literacy comes from bookish knowledge but education is something that molds both the personality and the character of a learner. I pledge to strive hard to make the goal of the learner come true by making him understand the importance and beauty of that particular subject. Every learner starts by not know becoming a scholar. I promise to put all my efforts to bring out the best in the learner. Teaching the subject continuously might not make the learner find learning interesting. So, testing the level until which he has grasped the subject is one more important aspect of being a perfect tutor. It also makes the child understand what he's capable of and where he has become perfect in learning. But the tests do not solely explain or review the extent to which the learner has learned. I will also make sure that the student makes sure to understand the topics both theoretically and experimentally. I solely believe that knowledge is only gained by a person's self-understanding about it and also by enjoying the way they learn. A learner has to understand that reading only gives information but learning gives knowledge. When he gets to understand that he cracked the code of becoming the learner striving to become a scholar, and I will try my level best to make him/her reach it.
