My previous experience in teaching English has mainly involved working with children who speak English as a second language. I try to understand the individual's learning style and tailor lessons to suit their needs. For instance, someone may learn best through reading or listening activities. Someone else may learn better through speaking and writing exercises. I consider this to be vital in my lessons. It's also pivotal to understand how much the student knows already. This can be understood by using the teaching methods mentioned above to see what needs to be improved. My lessons consist of presentations, lesson plans and worksheets, which ensures that lessons are versatile.

I believe that being able to speak English is one skill, but teaching it is an entirely different one. As someone who loves teaching, seeing students improve in their subjects is rewarding.
