As a Certified Trauma Informed Life Coach, my goal is to assist you in healing from past traumas, releasing negative emotions, and building a positive and fulfilling future.
I utilise evidence-based strategies and provide compassionate guidance to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals. It's important to note that as a trauma coach, I do not offer therapy or healing, as those are the domains of psychotherapists. Instead, I offer evidence-based strategies like cognitive restructuring, which can help you identify and challenge distorted or unhelpful thoughts related to your trauma. By restructuring your thoughts, you can improve your mood, boost your self-esteem, and develop effective coping skills.
Our sessions can be conducted through video or phone calls, depending on your preference, and can take place weekly or biweekly. After each session, you will receive session notes, homework assignments, a personalised plan, and additional resources and techniques to practise in your own time. Life can be incredibly challenging, but I truly believe that you have the potential to become stronger and cultivate a positive outlook on what the future holds for you.
