My goal is to make sure that each student I come across fully benefits from my lessons and I can easily change my teaching approach if it makes learning easier for my students in any way.
I am a good listener and this skill helps me provide the right feedback to my students and helps me to point out the needs of my students. I am also good at explaining things in a way that is easy to grasp.
I make sure that every lesson I provide a quiz. Quizzes help me identify where my students are having problems and how I can help them. I also keep my lessons interesting by adding audio visual elements that are customized to meet the needs of each student.
I always plan my lessons ahead and create test prep materials well in time to avoid doing things last minute. Planning helps me keep track of what topics we have covered and helps keep us in schedule.
