My classes are student centered, interactive, and fun.
I use vídeos and case studies related to the topic I am teaching, power point presentations, and music sometimes.
I am supportive cheerful and enhance students’ optimism and motivation.
Some students start lacking confidence and end up independent and confident. I love working on developing their skills, and I watch this development and love to help them overcome all difficulties. I don’t only teach them the subject they need my help in, but also help them develop their communication skills. As my specialty is HRM & Organizacional Development, I help them develop their team work, and leadership skills, with me students learn how to know themselves more and get aware of their strengths and weaknesses and as they go on with my classes they end up noticing their progress and learn techniques that make them effective and productive which leads to their pride of what they have achieved.
