Hi! It’s Laia from Barcelona. I am 24 and actually I am living here but I used to be running everywhere around the world looking always for new experiences :)

I have a degree on pedagogy and at the moment I am studying a Master to became a Spanish teacher.

Officially I got the B2 level in English (Cambridge). About my experience speaking English I have worked 3 summers in a summer camp (United States) as a sport teacher with kids. Also, i have worked in Lapland during the winter season working with tourists from UK.
About my experience teaching English, I have been teaching individually different Spanish kids from my town since 4 years ago. I can speak English fluently.
Apart from that, I have been always working with kids teaching sports or subjects in Spain and out of here.

About my methodology I used to adapt myself to the kid always taking care about their preferences. I have flexibility, I am understandable and always seek the improvement of my student.

Laia es una chica muy buena y educada, siempre busca la mejor forma de explicar las cosas y si no lo entiendes te lo vuelve a explicar con mucha paciencia y sin problemas. Los quatro años que llevo con ella noto mucha mejoría.

Laia has been teaching me Spanish for just over a year now and she is great! She is so kind and incredibly patient with me and really helps me understand the technical parts of the language. Not only that but she has helped improve my confidence when speaking Spanish and although I have a long way to go, I’m glad she’s here to help me.
