In biology, I will take a rigorous, personalized approach tailored to your goals and academic requirements. My lessons will combine techniques for mastering memory-based topics with problem-solving exercises designed to build critical thinking skills. I will focus on making learning not just about what we study but also why it matters, ensuring lessons are engaging and meaningful. I can also offer a specialized focus on marine and freshwater biology if that’s what you require.

For flute lessons, I will draw on my experience up to Grade 8, with knowledge of both ABRSM and Trinity standards. Whether you’re preparing for exams or playing for personal enjoyment, I will help you progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques. Lessons will emphasize fluency, accuracy, and the ability to convey emotion through music, helping you gain confidence and depth in your playing.

In art, as a published illustrator, I will aim to ignite your passion and imagination while helping you advance your technical skills. I will teach across a range of media - graphite, charcoal, ink, oil paint, watercolor, mixed media, and digital - offering guidance on how to practice effectively and creatively. Observational, illustrative, and fine art will be my fortes, but the main focus will be on exploring how to grow your ideas and refine your techniques for greater accuracy and expressiveness.

My lessons will be one-to-one, flexible, and adaptive to your needs, ensuring a supportive and personalized experience. Although I am new to tutoring, I aim to inspire confidence and success -whatever your goals, I will aim to help you achieve them.
