I cater my lessons to the needs of my student. I am here to support them. If they have a particular topic that they struggle with I will help them overcome it, if they need help with their homework then i'm there and if just need a bit of motivational push to help with their self-confidence then I can do that too. I have spent a large portion of my 5 years in tutoring working with students who have missed a lot of school for various reasons and helped them to catch up to where they should and want to be.
My strengths lie in working with students with a variety of special educational needs as I have a lot of experience living and working with people with their own. I myself have ADHD so work very well with others who do too.
I also have a lot of experience working with examinations across the exam boards AQA, Edexcel and OCR and specialising in helping students maximise their grade by not just teaching the topics, but looking at and practising techniques that can be applied to help the student reach their full potential.
On a more personal level, my biggest hobbies involve football and chess and unfortunately i'm not very good at either just yet, but I hope to be one day!
