I am a newly passed Doctor with a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Sussex completing research on the molecular beginnings of Neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's disease.
I do not have experience as a private tutor for GCSE level biology, however, I have tutored and degree level during my PhD studies and have access to the a large amount of GCSE science resource due to personal links to a head of GCSE science at an OFSTED outstanding school.
As such, I do not have a typical lesson format. Therefore I am open to suggestions from students on how they find they learn best. I am happy to prepare a lesson based on work that the student is studying currently at school or I am happy to field questions and try my best to explain these concepts in a concise and digestible format all whilst working to the national curriculum.
