I am appointed as an Adjunct Professor at Lambton College where job responsibilities
include teaching assigned courses and executing safe experimental practices for students. Along
with that, I have 7 years of experience in India teaching chemistry to group of 30 students both
in online and in-person mode. Currently, I have been teaching on Varsity Tutors for more
than 6 months with more than 50 5-star ratings from current students. My academic
background has equipped me with a solid foundation in the principles of chemistry, including
organic chemistry, physical chemistry, and analytical chemistry. I am confident in my ability to
explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the individual learning styles of
my students.
Additionally, I am working as Post Graduate Research Technician at Lambton Manufacturing and
Innovative Centre. My job responsibilities include extrusion and micro-compounding of polymers
with focus on PU, PLA and PBAT further analyzing the properties of polymers with tensile, impact,
and thermal analysis. As an online tutor, I am experienced in utilizing various digital tools and
platforms to deliver engaging and interactive lessons. By employing a student-centered approach, I
aim to foster a supportive and motivating environment that encourages active participation and
enhances comprehension.
In addition to my technical expertise, I possess strong communication skills, patience, and
adaptability. I understand the importance of building rapport with students and creating a
comfortable space for them to ask questions and seek clarification. I am committed to promoting a
growth mindset and helping students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills that extend
and enhance approach of students to understand concepts in organic chemistry and mathematical
questions in physical chemistry.
A master’s in chemistry gave me conceptual knowledge and a practical approach to Spectroscopy,
titrations (potentiometer titrations, volumetric and gravimetric titrations). Therefore, both
conceptual andd practical approaches further open new horizons in the field of teaching chemistry.
During AMMS course, I worked on research projects and participated in group discussions and
presentations which consequently developed strong communication and teamwork skills. I am a
recipient of the Boards of Governors’ Awards out of 2300 students and Dean Honor’s List for
academic and work excellence.
Considering my practical experience and academic qualifications, I am looking forward to hearing
from you for further discussion about the roles and responsibilities of the job. Please feel free to
