Before taking time off to travel and start my family, my days were spent teaching key stage 3 at a private school in Surrey. In my spare time I enjoyed helping both adults and children achieve their academic goals and improve their language skills as a private tutor. I have taught all subjects at the key stage 1 and 2 level, as well as English, Art, Drama and History at key stage 3. In addition I have worked with adult learners looking to improve their written and conversational English skills.

I believe that learning should be enjoyable and fun- and not just a chore! As such, my lessons are dynamic, engaging and - most importantly- useful!

Whether you prefer online or in-person learning, I will ensure that we work together in a way that is engaging and productive. I am available to travel around the Braintree/Great Notley area (or you are welcome to come to my home!), but am also happy to conduct lessons via Zoom. Either way, you are guaranteed a personalised experience that caters to your learning needs and interests.

In addition, I also extensive experience with students with additional and SEN needs, particularly students on the autism spectrum. I believe that it is possible for any student to achieve, as long as they have the right teacher!
