I follow a hybrid or blended style following an integrated approach to teaching that blends my personality and interests with students’ needs and curriculum-appropriate methods. I ensure that I provide a personalised quality learning experience for my students which is effective. I have volunteered to tesch kids in an orphanage while I was in college. I had also done private tution lessons to kids back in India. I am empathetic and understanding; hence would tailor lessons and its pace in accordance with the child’s need. I always assess and understand their capabilities first and then improvise the lessons upon it.
