I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience, and for the last 8 years, I have specialised in whole food, working for health food establishments and farm-to-fork enterprises. I hold a BA in Botanical Cuisine and an MSc in Applied Culinary Nutrition. Culinary Nutrition is a section of culinary arts that offers meal plans and menu design for individuals and nutritional advice to assist workplace wellness.
I believe that healthy food has to taste nice. I will offer not only advice on the best ingredients to use for specific health conditions but also additional support every step of the way in the form of Recipes, Meal Plans and Cooking Classes. Let me guide you in your journey of discovery.
