I helped tutor children unable to afford to attend school alongside a group of like-minded
individuals, working together as a team to ensure adequate learning in a conducive environment.
I was mainly based in mathematics for high schoolers and taught English language as well to the preschoolers.
I gained insight into how to build trustful relationships between my students and I so we could effectively accomplish amazing academic goals and learn together.
I learnt how to carry the whole class along as well as how to help children who require any
additional assistance.
I found patience to be a major skill that I’ve been able to acquire along the way as many children learn at different paces. I have had to actively cater to the educational needs of the children and try my possible best to carry everyone along
