As an effective Lecturer, I have deep knowledge of the subjects such as Business, Leadership, Management with expertise in best practice within the private and public sector, Corporate and business strategy, Strategy and operations management, Organization behaviour, Marketing Management , Business Strategy, Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship that I teach, and I firmly believe that when a Lecturer's knowledge falls below a certain level it is a significant impediment to students' learning. As well as I have a strong understanding of the material being taught, with my experience I understand the ways students think about the content, I am able to evaluate the thinking behind students' own methods and identify students' common misconceptions. As per my experience, a student taking a deep approach seeks principles to organize information. In contrast, a student using a surface approach tries to capture material in total, rather than understand it. An example is the student who busily copies down a diagram without listening to the explanation of it. Usually, I engage with the students in the lesson to stimulate the recall of prior knowledge, promote comprehension, and build critical-thinking skills. As a lecturer, I ask questions to help students uncover what has been learned, comprehensively explore the subject matter, and generate discussion and peer-to-peer interaction. I have a proven track record of six (6) years of success in lecturing. My students have consistently shown improvement in their grades and test scores. I am confident that I can have the same positive impact on your esteemed university students. I am passionate about lecturing and I have the ability to engage students in learning. I am patient and I understand that every student learns at their own pace. I am capable of differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all students.
