I have in the past created and delivered instruction of the highest calibre at a variety of levels and modules. Also, I formulated and used useful instructional aids, resources, and evaluation strategies while taking into account the obstacles posed by diversity, equality, and cultural differences. Personally, I have the capacity to improve modules and instruction, reflect on student comments, student performance, and peer observation. I regularly review and update the module's content and resources, incorporating knowledge from pertinent research and scholarly work. I an expert at setting, marking, and evaluating students' assignments and tests, and giving them timely and insightful comments. I possess the capacity to foster the academic, personal, and professional growth of students, especially through the personal tutoring position, whilst verifying that module supply and design adhere to quality requirements and regulations. I have previously acted as programme leader for biology Sciences before being promoted to Senior Level. During this time I was involved in promoting research informed teaching. I have successfully gained funds to employ several 'students as researchers' a scheme which allows students to gain research skills alongside their studies. My students appreciate my pastoral care and encouragement. This provides me the chance to support them when they experience learning challenges and, occasionally, personal difficulties. I can also make sure that the proper internal or external specialist support is sought for the latter. For instance, with explicit teaching, I have fully manage the learning process and make sure that the students comprehend. I have used this direct and goal-oriented method when teaching topics where clear knowledge is more crucial than original thoughts. I have equally used this explicit instruction, and it has been very helpful. this enabled me to typically breakup up the content into a number of themes so that the students should study in manageable chunks.
