Building on my teaching of ‘non-technical skills’ to senior doctors, I use kindness and gentle encouragement to allow students to build resilience and confidence. The result? Lessons that are interactive, thought-provoking, and deeply engaging, using the tips that I used to pass 5 A-levels, medical school, postgraduate exams and perform the research that I am continuing to publish.
