I have been working in the health and fitness industry for 10 years. From large group BootCamp training to private 1:1 meditation and mindfulness classes. I approach health holistically and help my clients find balance through cross training and including a variety of exercise types to suit their personal goals. I work from foundations of core strength and stability, incorporating somatic movement and mobility into my sessions, and can help you with the mental aspect of health and wellness as well.
I am also a Wellness Coach and Recovery Coach and help my clients develop healthy relationships with their food and body. I have been helping eating disorder clients for 3 years as well. I am available to create programs, do online exercise classes as well as mindfulness and transformation coaching. I love working with women who want to achieve internal peace and balance with their bodies as well as feel joy when engaging in healthy activities.
