Boxing has been a transformative force in my life since my teenage years. As an amateur boxer, I underwent global training, establishing lasting connections and gaining invaluable self-confidence. This sport has not only improved my mental and physical well-being but also instilled mental strength and positive changes in my appearance. My passion lies in sharing the numerous benefits of boxing, particularly its role as a stress reliever.
In my training sessions, I focus on a progressive approach to teach the basics and fundamentals of boxing while enhancing cardiovascular fitness through diverse drills and techniques. The key components include refining the guard, footwork/movement, correct punching/combinations, defence (blocking, parrying, head movement, and evading punches), and counterpunching. Traditional methods such as shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, partner drills, and light sparring are employed. To conclude each session, there's a personalized boxing circuit aimed at boosting muscular endurance based on individual fitness levels.
