My lessons will take on a more practical base that will go for both online and in person. With this lessons we will discuss what area of film making you are most interested in and what areas you are currently struggling with. From that I will make up a lessons plan this could be giving prompts for scripts to get you to write for us to go over in the next lesson or talking you through the pre production phases with my own examples of how things should look. When looking at the production side of filming I'll explain to you how the different departments work together and what to expect whilst filming as well as going over different lighting techniques and shot compositions. We could also look into the filming of live events which is a different area of film not typically covered in a majority of places this is filming for live music or corporate events in which the team dynamic changes from that of a film or TV set. My experience comes from 3 years of studying film and creative technology at university I will be able to show you examples of my work from my first year when I had little experience to current pieces I am actively working showing that with time improvement is possible even if you do not have any prior experiences. I am also available to help college students when it comes to writing their applications for university or preparing them for potential interviews.
