Kian

Hi there, my name is Kian. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help students excel in mathematics. As a current student at the University of Exeter pursuing a BSc in Accounting and Finance, I understand the importance of a solid mathematical foundation and the value of mastering key concepts at an early stage.

With my previous experience tutoring GCSE-level maths, combined with my own academic achievements, including an 8 in GCSE math, A* in A-level math, and scoring 94% in my statistics for accountants module this year, I am well-equipped to guide students through their mathematical journey with confidence and expertise.

I am truly passionate about mathematics and firmly believe that everyone has the potential to enjoy and understand it with the right guidance and teaching approach. My numerically minded nature and dedication to making math accessible and engaging for all students ensure that each tutoring session is tailored to meet the individual needs and learning styles of my students.

I am committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow their confidence in math.

Aside from studies, I come from a sporting background where I have competed nationally in both Kickboxing and, more recently, Rugby Union. I also enjoy seeing friends in my spare time and learning to play golf.
