I am a highly competent lecturer employed by the Sheffield College for 13 years, to develop exiting, innovative and imaginative training programmes that inspire & motivate learning. I hold a successful track record in delivering industry and higher education mathematics courses. A numeracy specialist responsible for numerous functional and linear courses, including online courses, working with learners of all ages (including adults) from different vocational backgrounds. A standard innovator developing standards that support alignment of education and technology, driving individual performance. Sincere passion for developing and delivering programmes that support the progressive development of existing and future candidates. Proficient in applying user driven design methodologies that support a co-creation approach towards learners with special needs, EHC plans and challenging behaviours. Recently rated by Ofsted as a senior grade 1 practitioner.
