All my lessons are tailored to the students needs. I can improve their Technique, Chord knowledge, music theory, Improvisation and accompanying skills.

I studied Jazz guitar at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland for 4 years. I got lessons and mentorship from some of the best musicians in the world and I I've learned so much about teaching as well as music.

I'm really passionate about getting students to improvise and showing them how to turn scales and modes into music!

Whether they're a beginner looking to learn how to play a few chords, an intermediate guitarist wanting to improve their alternate picking or an Advanced guitarist thats stuck in a rut I can give them the knowledge and tools to progress and reach that next step.

If students need to learn pieces for exams or auditons I can help get those pieces sounding flawless by breaking down techniques or passages that students may find difficult and show them how to practice these techniques effectively so that they can become part of the students vocabulary.
