My teaching style is informal as I find this to be the most effective way of helping a student better understand the subject. I like lessons to be highly interactive: if I am explaining a problem I appreciate interruptions, especially if someone is confused with the subject matter. My teaching style is informal as I find this to be the most effective way of helping a student better understand the subject. I like lessons to be highly interactive: if I am explaining a problem I appreciate interruptions, especially if someone is confused with the subject matter. My previous experience has been tutoring individuals one-on-one, and I enjoy bringing in practical exercises more than lecturing. I am open to teaching larger groups also, as I find that, from my own experience, this may also lead to a highly dynamic and enjoyable learning environment.
