I believe in active learning. Students learn best through being involved in their learning. making my lessons fun and interesting is important in my teaching practice. Identifying student needs is vital for effective English language results. I have a lot of experience working with ESL students face-to-face and online. I'm kind and friendly and have a passion for helping others to achieve their full potential! Listening to my students is an important part of the learning process. It supports me in planning individual lesson tailored around the individual needs. Continuing my CPD is important so that I can deliver quality lessons. For ESL student I include pictures wherever possible to consolidate learning.
