I would tailor to your preference of learning. Allowing you to enjoy the subject but also ensuring you are learning the subject. I would start the first lesson getting to know you and how you enjoy being taught, followed by an overview of how we will begin the sessions. From that first session I would create a brief for every lesson to help you develop your skills and learning the subject.
Previously I have tutored History, English Literature and Hospitality/Catering and they received high end results due to extra help and support I have gave them throughout their time being tutored by me.
It is important I understand your concerns on the subject and would do another session with you based on your weak areas on the subject. If at any point you feel overwhelmed we will pause and discuss your concerns with the topic provided.
I would do my best to help you in any way achieve your best and aim to give you the support you need to do well. There will be a contact provided so you can contact me at any time out of the tutoring sessions if you have desperate concerns that need answering.
I hope to guide you through your subject and provide extra assistance for when you are outside of class. I understand it is a lot easier to ask questions one to one which is why I am willing to help people out there who would find it easier to have support there specifically for themselves.
