I know how boring it can be for a teacher to just be reading off the textbook or a set of slides. In the first lesson we will see what kind of learner you are and I will tailor my lessons and method of teaching to your style of learning. This can be from flash cards to puzzles to relating topics to something you enjoy. Every lesson plan will be tailored to you, we will spend time going through the curriculum at a pace the student feels comfortable in.

In the last segment of our lessons I like to play a game called Flipped classroom where the student teaches me everything they can remember from the session. We will have student-teacher discussions where the parents/guardians can also join to see what more we can do to successfully tackle problem areas and how families can help to improve their knowledge in the subject!

I have been a tutor for over 5 years and I have come across students of all age groups. I genuinely enjoy helping younger children to have that Eureka moment in Science so they can develop their skills.
