Everyday brings different energies and we should be aware of these as we explore the body and mind. Practices are designed with your uniqueness in mind as no two individuals are the same or two practices.
I am happy to modify practices to suit all individuals.
I have been teaching since 2013. I am a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, I also have training in mental health awareness, I am a Menstruality Mentor for those women wanting to understand their menstrual cycle or menopause in more detail and a business studies degree for any yoga teacher wanting to develop their teaching or business
