My background is Environmental Health; experienced in most areas. My last role as a Consultant involved teaching Food, Health and Safety and Fire Safety compliance in operating premises across the North West of the UK; ensuring standards and compliance was achieved. My experience extends to Environmental Crime also.

I have much expeience with three children, all with different needs and abilities; but I always try and make it different and exciting; their school have many times fed back that they liked my teaching methods and ability to think outside the box, whilst achieving the same objective.
