I have taught a various range of levels over the last year, in Bilbao Spain. I alter each of my lessons to the particular student as each person learns differently. Some people before grammar, oral or aural lessons, I will find resources for whatever part of English each student wants to learn. As having worked in a language school I have an unlimited access to resources that will students of all ages and of all levels. As a language learner myself, I understand the difficulty that can be associated with learning English, I bring fun and entertainment to my lessons so that no one gets bored of learning the English language. Last year, I taught an adult beginners English this allowed me to gain resources that were less childish but that also brought fun to the lesson in terms of the students hobbies and interests, I found this allowed the student to begin to love this new language. On the other hand, I was teaching English to a pharmaceutical company, that were advanced speakers. In this class, I focused on pronunciation and overall confidence in the English language. I used news articles, debates and business presentations in groups to show off and progress their English. I taught English to a class group of primary school students, which was a different style to what I was used to. I brought in bingo, stop the bus and music to allow them to learn English in a fun casual way that allowed them to fall in love with the language. This is what I want all of my students to obtain from my classes.
