Typical lessons can last between 1-2 hours depending on the student. I will teach a topic from start to finish using my own notes, working through examples as I go along. I encourage my students to participate and I ask them to complete some examples in the lesson to test their understanding. I can also set extra homework exercises for students if they feel they need more practice.
Towards exam season, I will go through past papers with my students and provide personal solutions to questions, as well as tips and tricks to getting top marks in exams!
I understand that each student has different learning styles, and I encourage my students to tell me about them. This way I can personalise lessons for each student and ensure they get the most out of each lesson.
