My method of teaching is collaborative and interactive. First of all, I try to know my student for a smooth interaction and building a level of trust and confidence around subject matter. I believe in mutual understanding to learning and would often go the extra mile in ensuring knowledge is passed. However, I am easily turned off when my gesture is not reciprocated.
Additionally, I believe learning is fun so in between, i can introduce fun games, role play or role modeling as situation demands in between and outside the core teaching, I take the time of knowing my students as along as they are willing. Not forceful in any way nor encroaching their personal space.
