Hi there, I have a degree in English and I specialised in TEFL. I have travelled to Italy and lived there on and off for 3 years teaching kids from age of 3 to 17 and also adults working as a language teacher. When I returned to Ireland I continued at an exam preparation level for all ages young and old.
In my time in Italy I learned Italian by jumping into the deep end with no Italian experience before. So when it comes to learning a new language who better to help you than me? I have years of experience and always coming up with fun lessons.
I like to base my lessons on each individual's needs but also I like to use my creativity too. No two classes will be the same. With my years of experience I have learned games and tricks to help learning that little bit more fun.
Conversations are key, I would have a policy of English speaking only when in lesson with me even if it is difficult for you, we will work together to get you where you need to be. I will assign some reading assignments, we will discuss fun topics, play games and much more. I also would like to add that I sing and play guitar so who knows, maybe my guitar might make an appearance in lesson too
