I have worked as a tutor for more than 5 years and I was able to produce many top awardees in all the age groups. I use my own very unique techniques and creative activities for students to make the lessons more interesting and I believe in active participation of students in the lesson is the most basic need to be fulfilled in a classroom. I motivate students to engage in self studies to improve their confidence in a certain subject and I always make sure that they are really interested in the subject and not just learning because they have to do it anyways. And I always try to imagine myself in their point of view so that I know what doubts they might have and what part they might not have understood. I always encourage students to ask questions. And another thing I believe is rather than teaching everything and making them do questions like programmed robots, as a tutor I make the supportive environment for them to discover the lesson by themselves and find things and discuss facts in deep from what they already know. Their logical thinking is improved in this manner and students become more versatile in solving problems and at the end of the lesson they are capable of using their logical thinking to adapt to whatever the question they get from the lesson area. And I believe in making each and every student equally treated despite their capacity but I always make sure they are improved to the best level of what they can achieve.
