I would inform students about the plan I have in place. I would pay close attention to achieve objectives and consider students learning style. This is important for me to assess how children learn in their own ways. This will allow me to make learning more fun for them as I will create activities more enjoyable and challenging to achieve the objectives that were set, this will consist of group discussions, quiet time, play time and reading time.
I would reflect on my learning and select materials like textbooks, visuals, or technology such as games, online help and many more. This is important as it gives me an understanding how to plan future lessons and also a great way to evaluate students progress; from this onwards I can plan accordingly to students and eventually find out the ways they learn best .I am a mother of 5 kids I know how to deal with children at different ages.My youngest is eight I feel I will be suitable for this role because I deal with children every day. Reading books will encourage children to learn more quickly and enjoyable to learn to read and write.
I am a calm person who will enjoy listening to the children and helping them where they need help to achieve their goal.I will let the children take time to learn at there own pace and I would put no pressure on them as everyone learns at a different pace and in a different ways as discussed above.
